Here's a rundown of what we have available throughout the season. Flowers are available seasonally through local pickup or our distributor. Contact us if you have any questions!

Arugula
Peppery taste, but softer to eat than the leaves. Use in raw preparations to add colour and flavour, or spread over grain dishes like rice or couscous.

Coneflower Petals
Strong, floral flavour that is somewhat bitter. Petals can be sprinkled over salads, placed on smoothie bowls, or be used for visual appeal in a charcuterie board.

Borage
Cucumber taste.
Use in a summer lemonade or as a garnish for cheese plates or salads.

Cornflower
Slightly spicy with subtle sweetness; try petals in a salad or whole flowers in fancy drinks. Mix into cream cheese or spring rolls for a pop of colour.

Calendula
Flavour ranges from peppery to bitter; almost citrus-like. Adds nice colour to soups and leafy salads.

Chives
Mild onion flavour. Florets can be separated and scattered on salads or other dishes for flavour and colour.

Lemon Marigold
Refreshing citrus, lemony flavour. Looks great on cupcakes or in cocktails.

Pansy
Very mild flavour. Can be served on cakes, with soft cheese, or as a salad topping- works well in a fruit salad.

Snapdragon
Mild floral flavour with a slight bitterness. Use with a savory dish like salads or canapés, or stuff for an hors d'oeuvre.

Lilac
Intense floral taste, with lemon undertones. Add sparingly to a summer punch.

Scarlet Runner Beans
Bean-like flavour. These striking flowers can be added to salads, used be to garnish deviled eggs or a cheese plate.

Sweet Williams
Sweet tasting petals have a mild clove flavour. Great for desserts, salads, or signature dishes.

Nasturtium
All parts of the plant have a pleasant, sweet, peppery flavour. Can be used whole to decorate salads.

Seasonal Blends
The blend contains a smattering of flowers that are available at the time.

Tarragon
Anise/licorice taste and smell. These small, vibrant flowers provide a complimentary, savory flavour to egg or meat dishes.
